About Cortney
My Journey to wellness
My Yoga journey began in college, I was attending ASU pursuing a Bioengineering degree. I decided to take an Ashtanga style yoga class at the student center. The class was undeniably demanding but the skillful instructor guided me to find presence through breath and body awareness. Often overlooked, the breath was the key to it all. I left that class on cloud nine, feeling so light and at peace. The rigorous school and work schedule I had been juggling was extremely stressful, but in that moment all the stress seemed to melt away. Inspired by that transformative experience, I kept coming back to yoga and soon I noticed my overall mood had been significantly elevated and the stillness I found mentally cured my insomnia. The more I fell in love with yoga the more I felt called to share its amazing gifts. I’ve now been guiding movement, meditation and mindfulness practices for over a decade and I can honestly say it’s the great joy of my life. I have the privilege of fostering a vibrant community of extraordinary individuals, connecting through diverse experiences both in person and online. I am truly excited about the opportunity to connect with you and embark on this journey together.

Costa Rica? Cyprus?
Cortney has been doing personalized sessions with me to work around some injuries for about five months. Working with her has given me more relief than my bi-weekly massages, chiropractic visits or acupuncture have.
I can’t recommend her enough!
